How do I book?

What cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
What are your check in/out times?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is prior to 10am. If you require assistance do not hesitate to contact us on +44 7772277711.
Can I arrange an early check-in?
Early arrival maybe possible, this will depend on the occupancy the night prior. Please contact us for availability.
Can I arrange a later check-out?
Please contact us in advance regarding the possibility of a late check out. Late check-out can be arranged (subject to availability) this is chargeable at £10.00 for each additional hour up until 2pm, later check-outs from 2pm onwards will be charges at the daily room rate. We’re unable to guarantee in advance if an early check-out is possible as it will depend on the occupancy of your departure date.
Do you accept pets?
We accept assistance animals only.
Can I make a booking by speaking to someone over the phone?

Am I free to entertain and have guests over?
Yes, but never more than the maximum room occupancy. Guests stay at no extra cost as you pay per room, not per guest. Those staying overnight must be registered for safety reasons. All others must leave by 10pm. Please respect your fellow guests. Parties and events are not permitted and noise must be kept to a minimum.
How equipped are your kitchens?
All of our apartments have fully fitted kitchens, so you can cook up a storm as often as you wish. Each kitchen contains a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and they are all fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery, and cutlery to meet your cooking and dining needs. All you need to bring are the recipes and know-how!
Are the prices per person or per apartment?
All prices are per apartment. So you pay the same no matter how many people are staying (but obviously you can’t exceed the maximum apartment capacity).
Do you have WiFi?
Of course. All our apartments offer complimentary WiFi.
Can you arrange an airport transfer for me?
Please contact us, we will be happy to recommend a provider for you.
Is there an iron available?
Yes, we have an iron and ironing board in all apartments.
Is there a hair dryer in the apartment?
Yes, we have hair dryers in all apartments.
Do you provide towels and bed linen?
Yes.
Do you provide laundry services?
No. There is washer dryer in each apartment to be used by the guest.
Do you provide toiletries?
Yes, there is complementary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, soap) in each apartments.
Check Out procedure
Guests are expected on check out to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was in on their arrival. All cleaning/washing materials and equipment needed is located in each apartment. Rubbish to be put in bins located outside.
